Welcome to Northern Michigan!

Having been visiting northern Michigan for most of my life, I decided to make northern Michigan my home several years ago. So, I purchased a home listed with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors!  I now live here year-round with my husband, son and dog.  My family and I enjoy the recreational amenities Northern Michigan has to offer, such as hiking in nearby state parks, fishing, swimming and sailing the Great Lakes in our sailboat.  I have a background in site acquisition for the telecommunications industry that involved corporate leasing, regulatory compliance, zoning and permitting for wireless and wireline carriers. This corporate real estate experience, coupled with being a Realtor®, means I am a professional who will provide you with excellent service throughout the entire real estate transaction experience.  I am also a retired Captain from the Michigan Army National Guard.
